Our Pricing $
We charge $60 per 1,000 square feet for recurring services, and $50 per hour for first time cleans, deep cleans, move outs, carpet cleaning, organizing, and anything else. There is a 3 hour / $150 minimum for all services.
-Recurring services up to 2,500 sq ft fall within the $150 per visit minimum.
-First time / move out cleans at 2,500 sq ft run about 5 hours on average, or $250. It can cost more or less depending largely on the current state of the kitchen and bathrooms. Built up soap and dirt in showers, tubs and ovens can take quite a bit of extra scrubbing to bring things up to speed.
You are in control of what gets cleaned and how much you spend! These estimates are based on our standard checklist for the recurring service and deep cleaning services listed below, but you can customize the agenda as often as each visit. Skip certain tasks or even whole rooms and save money if things are currently clean to your standards.
You only pay after the service is complete, and there are no cancellation fees, contracts, or requirements to pick a consistent date and time for recurring service.
